When you receive payment from a payment method issued outside of the U.S., Amazon Pay will collect a cross-border processing fee, in addition to the authorization fee and applicable taxes. The cross-border processing fee is only charged when the transaction is captured.

In the event of a refund, the following transaction fees are eligible for reimbursement:
