With Carts Guru you can manage all the communications you send to your customers.
You will be able to set up, send or schedule:

Campaigns

You can send or schedule campaigns using settings such as:

  • Time criteria (send after 2h, 48h…
  • Actions performed by the user: abandoned cart, order confirmed, order cancelled, error in payment, login, logout…
  • About the average cart ticket: for example, send a campaign if the cart ticket is equal or higher than 58
  • Resend an email in case someone didn’t open it the first time.
  • User groups and dynamic campaigns: campaigns that are sent once a user enters a group, for example, when a user automatically enters the group “the best customers in the last 3 months” because he has bought a lot from us in the last 90 days.

Automation

Work & Action flows

Set your own actions based on your customer’s customer journey and action flows such as:

  • Time lapse between two actions
  • Conditionals to further segment these actions
  • Triggers: actions that are triggered when the user does something

So, for example, you can:

  • Send an email using a “We miss you” template if…
  • The user’s last purchase was 2 months ago and if…
  • The user’s average order ticket is relevant (say 60) and if…
  • The user has not interacted with the store for at least 3 weeks

Properties

Using the properties, the following steps can be set for specific actions based on criteria such as

  • User’s name
  • User’s last name
  • The user’s country of origin

So, for example, you can set up the action: send an email using a “welcome summer promotion template” if:

  • The user’s country coincides with one of the countries entering the summer season today
  • The user’s average order ticket is relevant (say 80 ?)
  • The user has bought something in the last season (spring)

Conditions

Last but not least, we have conditions, which are based on (again) conditions that the user meets:
