As an expert on Amazon Seller, I must warn you to be careful when using automatisations like this one. As you may know, there are delivered orders and, also, refunds/reimbursed orders in this page. So, if you don't isolate just the delivered orders, you may be asking for feedback to an angry (already reimbursed) client and that's a guarantee of negative feedback.

CaptainAMZ started as a review request manager for Amazon and evolved to an all in one suite. It's features now include requesting and tracking reviews and feedback, Hijacker & Buy Box Status Tracker, Refund Calculator, Listing Optimizer, Keyword Tool, Ads Setup tool and Ads Manager, adding more value to its functionality.
There is also a free version to test it out (during 5 days) and, then, 3 different pricing tiers starting at less than $20 a month. To me, it's a great tool for feedback request, but I prefer to use other tools for the listing optimization or product search so I would advise to use just the basic plan.
