Pros

• Easy and user friendly interface
• This might be your perfect tool if you're selling in eBay and Amazon + Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform. Really US focused tool, imho.
• Offers a complete set of tools: eBay listing software, customer service hub, resolution center, offers manager, order management, inventory manager, shipping tracker, report center, image editor, and GTC automation
• Also, includes a helpful set of tools marketing-oriented: listing designer, feedback reminder, auto messages, webstore, Facebook Store, store designer and PDF catalog designer
• Includes a 7 day free trial, so you can test all the features before buying. No credit card needed.

Contras

• Some features won't work for Amazon, for example, the listing manager, the digital goods manager and the inventory manager. This features are only working for Shopify and eBay, so you need another PIM to manage your Amazon listings, for example, Turbo Lister.
• Same for the helpdesk: report center and orders insights don't work with my Amazon account. The Marketing tools are not 100% Amazon integrated as well. The Feedback reminder doesn't work for the Amazon channel.
• The low-tier pricing is really cheap, but the higher plans can be expensive compared to other eBay seller tools
• Learning curve is not easy, as it has a lot of sub-tools
