This insurance provides your company with coverage that reimburses the full retail price up to $10,000 with no deductible, plus return shipping and reshipment if the order is damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. We also avoid processing carrier claims for shipments under $100.

One customer notes that the web-based software has been perfect for them. It allows them to have a centralized tracking system. It is easy to use, allows for copy and paste. He loves that he can send the label to the printer from anywhere.

On the downside, he notes that the address book is not useful. If it automatically saved addresses and had a better way to look them up, it would be functional.

Another customer says the integration of ShipRush with QBO software was easy and the tracking of information is done automatically – it's like having a shipment manager. Order errors have disappeared.
