When starting to use a new E-commerce tool, it's important to know how the customer service works. During office hours, Ordoro is available to support its customers. It uses online channels such as email to do this. It also offers some training to familiarize the user with the new software. This training comes in the form of printed materials as well as online support.

Many customers rate the customer service as excellent. Clients are full of praise for this automated service with such a wide range of integrations. Many customers have claimed that it has changed the way they work.  Others say that their business has become more manageable and efficient. Customers are also full of appreciation for the drop shipping features. From personal experience, we can confirm this to be true.

We can also confirm that the company offers unlimited phone support, which is a great help. Sometimes, the customer needs to get a help ticket for online customer service. In this case, the company does its best to return to the customer within the same day.  I already mentioned that this customer service gets consistent five-star ratings.

Yet there are some who criticize the customer service for not being as responsive as it should be. When asked about this, the company claimed that try to respond to every complaint as soon as possible. But they claim that some customers take a basic plan and stretch it. They use it far beyond what it can actually do. This could very well be true. We asked about any problems working with Ordoro.

Some complain that there are few features on the basic plans. This is understandable from the company’s point of view.
