We have a wide range of free link shorteners online such as Bit.ly, Is.gd and many others. But those shorteners just provide stats on clicks.

Amazon itselfs uses retargeting on their DSP campaigns, which have been proven to be a huge difference on conversions if you are into Amazon advertising.
Using this retargeting campaign on maintream websites and apps as Google, Facebook or Instagram can make a great difference on your Amazon transactions because you can retarget the interested users without using Amazon own campaigns, which are far more expensive than creating a targeted Facebook campaign and, needless to say, less targeteable.
