Workday is a business resource planning services tool aimed at the management of human resources within large international companies.
It is a full-on software focusing on industrial human resources, which gives response and manages aspects such as performance, holidays, promotions and more.

Although Workday may resemble a CRM due to its extraordinary attention to detail, it should not be mistaken for one: its main setups are aimed at industrial workforce as well as industrial administrative and management human resources rather than at the enhancement of relationships with other companies and customers.
