Helium 10 Profits

Helium 10 Profits is one of the many sub-tools included in the Helium 10 suite—yes, the one I keep talking about because I'm a Helium 10 Seller Solutions Hub Partner, guest author on their blog, and I’ve also been lucky enough to chat with them on their podcast.

So what is Profits? In short: it’s the tool that tells you whether you're making money… or just thinking you are. Simple, right?

  • General dashboard
  • Insights dashboard
  • Product performance dashboard
  • Inventory levels
  • Costs / Expenses (including customizable monthly costs / fees + COGS)
  • Refunds
  • Inventory Management

Helium 10 Profits Features

Product performance

This dashboard gives you a SKU-level breakdown of how each of your products is doing. You’ll see data like: Expenses, Fulfillment Type, Gross Revenue, Margin, Net Profit, Page Views, Products, Refunds, ROI, Sessions, Unit Session %, Units Sold. Basically: your P&L, but prettier.

Inventory levels

If you hate Excel but love knowing what’s in stock, this one’s for you:

  • ASIN, SKU or Title
  • FBA stock availability
  • Average Daily Sales
  • COGS + COGS Status
  • Estimated Amazon fees
  • Fulfillment Type (FBA / FBM / SFP)
  • Inbound inventory on FBA
  • Price
  • Reserved inventory on FBA
  • Sellable inventory on FBA
  • Unfulfillable inventory on FBA

Sales analytics

Real-time sales data. Trends. Metrics. All that stuff you check compulsively instead of working on your listings. If you're into data-driven decisions (or just obsessive refreshing), you’ll like this.

Refunds

Refunds are the worst. But at least you’ll know which ones to cry about. The refund dashboard shows you all returned orders and helps you spot the leaky buckets.

Expenses

This one tracks recurring and one-time costs. FBA fees get pulled automatically from Seller Central, so you don’t have to copy-paste stuff like a monkey.

Inventory management

Set reorder points, track levels, forecast demand… All the stuff that keeps you from being that seller with “Out of Stock” stickers all over their listings.

Insights dashboard

This is the home screen for most Helium 10 paid users. It shows key metrics for various timeframes (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This Month, Last Quarter, etc.). Think of it as your business at a glance. You can compare periods, see your gross revenue, refund count, units sold, and more.

And what about the insights?

There are categorized suggestions you can get for each SKU and country. Profits tells you what’s working, what’s not, and where your margins are getting chewed up. Kind of like having a mini-consultant in your dashboard (but less sarcastic than me).

Pro tip: If you’re running Sponsored Products campaigns and you’re not cross-checking your TACoS data with your Profits dashboard, you’re flying blind. Match it with your real-time profit margins to figure out where you’re overspending on ACoS and still losing money on the sale.

Review

I’ve used Helium 10 Profits for years—mainly because I’m a Partner and I get early access to stuff—but also because it’s actually good. If you’re a seller who needs to know how much money you’re really making (spoiler alert: it’s usually less than you think), Profits gives you that clarity. It’s clean, it’s fast, and it integrates with all the other Helium 10 tools like Inventory Management, Refund Genie, and more.

It’s not perfect, and it’s definitely not for someone selling three products as a side hustle. But if you’ve got serious SKU volume or are doing aggressive PPC, it’s a must. Pair it with Black Box, Cerebro, or ADS and you’ll get a full view of your business—from search volume to ROI to inventory health. Also, having it all under one roof saves you the headache of jumping between five spreadsheets and three dashboards.

Pros

  • Complete profit & loss analysis per SKU
  • Directly integrated with Amazon Seller Central
  • Real-time analytics and trends
  • Forecasting + reorder logic included
  • Refund reporting is excellent
  • Helps track advertising impact on profits (TACoS)

Cons

  • Can be overwhelming for beginners
  • Needs a decent amount of sales to be really useful
  • Some users will miss deeper filtering options
