Zentail offers a pricing model based on your off-Amazon Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). The pricing consists of an anual fee including your present and future GMV. For example, I just took the questions/answers form to determine my pricing for 500,000 anual GMV on Amazon and this is what I got:
With Zentail, your annual base fee includes all current and future Amazon GMV. So if you’re currently doing $2M in Amazon GMV, you’ll pay an annual base fee of $4,500 no matter how much additional GMV growth you achieve on Amazon at any time.
Zentail is one of the top multi channel platforms for catalogue and order management, however, it's not the cheapest one.
GoDataFeed starts at $39 a month, Lengow is $199, Listing Mirror unlimited plan is $249… and for a 500,000 GMV just on Amazon, Zentail is $375 a month. Yes, it's a great tool, but there are lots of similar or even better alternatives for a cheaper price.
Another downside I find is the lack of an automated demo. You need to request a meeting with the sales team to get a demo. Afther trying hundreds of tools this is, usually, a red flag for me.
