Discover

Bidx's “discover” feature has 3 levels for every campaign type: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (HSA) and Sponsored Display Ads and it's, basically, a data analyzer for every campaign level:

Management

The management tab has 2 options: Product Management and Automation Rules

Product Management

From this section you'll be able to set and configure your PPC goals on a SKU level:

  • Auto: automatic campaigns
  • Product: Manual Target ASIN campaigns
  • Broad: Manual Keyword campaigns for broad keyword match
  • Phrase: Manual Keyword campaigns for phrase keyword match
  • Exact: Manual Keyword campaigns for exactkeyword match

And, what's best, SKU per SKU you'll be able to configure Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, from the same dashboard. Definitely a time saver.

Automation Rules

Automatic rules configurable by:

  • Rule match: campaign, ad group and target (keyword or ASIN)
  • Target: ACoS %, Total ACoS and Monthly budget
  • Automation Intensity (how aggressive you want the system to be when it comes to bid placement): cautious, moderate or dynamic
  • Keyword & Negative Keyword Management
  • Marketplaces you want this rule to be applied to

bidx automatic rules

From here, what Bidx's automation will perform is a:

  • Keyword research: researches and finds relevant keywords for your campaigns search query
  • Campaign optimization: the Bidx algorithm automatically recognizes well and poorly performing keywords and adjusts their bids accordingly. With continuous daily adjustments, the profitability of Amazon Sellers / Vendors' ads can increase significantly.
  • Performance evaluation: you can always can keep track of the success of their ads using the clear dashboard and a downloadable individualized report, which shows all the key figures needed for evaluating campaigns at a glance.

Additional services

In addition to the features and services mentioned above, Bidx also offers the following:

  • Product management and 1-click setup: Sellers can create and manage ads quickly and easily using these features, which allow them to set up campaign settings for multiple products at the same time, saving them time and effort.
  • Keyword automation: Bidx automatically recognizes well and poorly performing search terms and categorizes them as positive or negative keywords, respectively. Each of these keywords can then be individually controlled.
  • Bid automation: Automated bid adjustments help Amazon Sellers / Vendors make the most profitable use of their ad budget by increasing or decreasing bids for keywords that have generated many or few orders, respectively.
  • Campaign chart: Amazon Sellers / Vendors can see a chart showing the ACoS (advertising cost of sale) and sales of their campaigns, helping them gain confidence in their campaign evaluation.

Review

Bidx is one of the best tools when it comes to launch and manage your Amazon Ad campaigns. I think that it is more than equal to other similar tools like Perpetua or Quartile, since it has all its features and, in addition, it works for Sponsored Products / Brands / Display, Kindle Advertising and Amazon DSP.

As usual in this kind of tools, Bidx'x uses machine-learning and their own algorithms to analyze the performance of advertisements and make adjustments to bids and keywords in order to increase their profitability.

One of the main pros of Bidx is its automation capabilities. The tool's algorithms can automatically recognize well and poorly performing keywords and adjust their bids accordingly, saving Amazon Sellers / Vendors time and effort. The tool also offers 1-click setup and product management features, which make it easy for Amazon Sellers / Vendors to create and manage their ads.

As I just commented at the beggining of the features section, the BEST feature is the configurable dashboard. Imagine having your own Google Data Studio, but for Amazon Advertising. Kinda like having Power My Analytics inside an advertising tool. Really, really cool. You can create your dashboards from scratch adding 6 different chart types: Line, Bar, Doughnut, Funnel, Table and Score Card and, then, adding your own metrics, filters and date range. You can even select a single metric or 2 compared metrics.

Is there a con? Of course. If you are a small or mid seller, the pricing is high. The Enterprise plan (monthly ad spend +15,000 euros), starts at a fixed fee of 599 euros per month, which may not be affordable for all types of Sellers. Additionally, the DSP Managed Service plan requires a minimum media budget of 5,000 euros.

Pros:

  1. Smooth onboarding, just a few clicks, integrate with Amazon MWS and you're good to go
  2. Data loads pretty fast, less than 30 minutes
  3. Advertising data on the dashboards goes back up to 365 days
  4. Works for Sponsored Products / Brands / Display, Kindle Advertising, and Amazon DSP.
  5. Automation rules recognize well and poorly performing keywords and adjusting bids accordingly
  6. 1-click setup and product management features, making it easy for Sellers to create and manage their ads.
  7. Configurable dashboard feature that allows sellers to create custom dashboards with various chart types, metrics, filters and date range.

Cons:

  1. The pricing may be high for small or medium sellers
  2. If you are a mid seller senpding +15k a month on Amazon EU or US, the Enterprise plan starts at 599€ / month.
  3. DSP Managed Service: requires a minimum media budget of 5,000€
