Merchantspring is an advanced tool to boost the performance of sellers on marketplaces, especially Amazon, although it is equally useful on other platforms.
Table of Contents
It is so advanced and has so many options that it is somewhat difficult to define it or put it into a single category. Throughout this analysis we will see the main features that Merchantspring has.
We could say that it is a tool for detecting insights from the in-depth analysis of different parameters and KPIs oriented specifically to sales. Thanks to this analytical capacity we will be able to carry out a more consistent strategy and, as these insights we are talking about are fully actionable, we will improve conversion in a very consistent way.

Features
How does Merchantspring achieve this performance optimization? By using a number of proprietary features designed to achieve it.
Multi-platform and multi-store
We already pointed out that it is especially efficient for Amazon, but its main advantage is precisely the diversity of channels that it allows to manage in an integrated way. In fact, it is one of the best and most complete listing tools for eBay.
It is practically a suite that manages in a unique way all our activity as sellers centralizing in a single dashboard the complete information.
This includes our stores on Amazon, eBay, Wallmart and so on up to more than 120 different platforms. This is even more powerful if we include in the equation the number of independent stores within each marketplace.
In the end, all this boils down to the fact that a Merchantspring client can manage and optimize up to a total of 100 different stores on the world's leading marketplaces.
Forget about cross-referencing data, logins and passwords… and wasting time.
Perfect solution for agencies and end customers
This versatility and breadth of possibilities makes it a tool that agencies can take full advantage of. When you manage several clients, speed and a panoramic view are key to achieve greater efficiency and productivity.
To give you an idea, Merchantspring offers us:
- Integration with all international Amazon marketplaces.
- Amazon DSP integration
- Amazon Ads advertising management.
- Consistent reporting by unifying data presentation and analysis.
- Multi-language support
- Multi-currency capability with conversion
- Sales trends and catalog fulfillment
- Competitor analysis and Buy Box for Amazon
- Account health alerts
- Shipment performance and shipment risk
- Export data to Excel for local processing
- Customizable with company logos and look and feel via CSS
- Multi-user access
And we could go on listing options and features, but this gives you an idea of how it can improve your day-to-day life. And -this is important- it's a tool that makes it very easy to scale as your needs grow.
Control panels updated in real time
We have different configurations but all of them have in common the way in which data is updated as it is obtained.
At a glance we can see how sales are evolving, the best performing products, profits per marketplace or the profitability of each one of them.
The truth is that it allows us to zoom in on the strategy and operations of the business. It gives us other data such as sales per day, inventory levels, quality of listings, sales trends, performance of PPC campaigns…
Precisely at the PPC level, it stands out from many other tools. It offers a panoramic view that is enriched with different specific insights that involves the detection of critical opportunities with respect to competitors who are fighting to place their products above ours.
The reports that can be produced are pure gold for the marketing department of the company or agency.

Specific solutions for Amazon Seller & Vendor
To focus a little more on what a tool like Merchantspring can bring to our Amazon strategy, we will discuss three features specifically designed for this platform.
First of all, we will not dwell on the insights detection part because we have already extended enough in the previous point, only to emphasize that its capacity in this aspect for Amazon is amazing.
But speaking of specific features, the way it helps us to control, manage and obtain the Buy Box is one of the most outstanding. With this sub-tool we will be able to monitor in real time our progress and the level of activity of the competition, but also act on prices to make a more effective strategy.
At the PPC level we have a tool that integrates natively with Amazon via API. Thanks to this we get all the relevant data from each and every format, not exclusively from sponsored products. It is such a simple integration that anyone can do it in minutes and without previous knowledge, so that in a very short time you will have access to the platform with all the grouped data, trends, campaign and product performance…
Finally, we would like to highlight its ability to calculate the profitability of our products. It is not only based on the amount sold, but also incorporates variables such as Amazon fees, advertising investment or returns. All this is collected in complete dashboards and full reports of profits and losses to optimize our investments.
On the Amazon Vendor side, integrates reports by Vendor Brand & Retail Analytics including comparison trend charts, ASIN level traffic & conversion trends, Advertising product performance, ACoS & TACoS and more.

Merchantspring Reviews
It is a tool of great depth that goes beyond analytics. What it offers us are insights with which we can articulate our strategy more effectively and, ultimately, sell more and better. One of the main features, at least for me, it's the integration with European Marketplaces: Mirakl platform, Carrefour, Privalia, Corte Inglés, Sprinter, Zalando, CDiscount, Bol, Worten… and the integration with Amazon Vendor Central. Which means this is a great tool both for brands looking for a multi-channel analytics dashboard and for agencies with multiple clients selling both on Europe and the Americas.
So, if you're looking for a unified dashboard for multiple channels accross the globe with information on ads, profit, sales by category, brand, product group, sales channel group, product, period, your top sellers, you worst sellers, sales targets, ACOS, ROaS and more, MerchantSpring is exactly what you're looking for.
Last, but not least, Merchantspring is continuously evolving by adding features to its tool. For example, they will soon add a review automation system to Amazon's profitability analysis. Just to give you an idea of how quick this guys work, I last reviewed the tool on 2021 and it had 70 integrations. Two years later they added 50 new integrations, that makes a total of 120!
