Summary

A lot has changed since my first 2018 review. sellerboard has added a ton of new features plus 13 more Marketplaces, eBay and Shopify support and Quickbooks integration. So it's still an amazing tool to track different alerts and information of your Amazon account, and detailed data on your orders and account performance. Plus, it's the only tool (at least that I know) showing your clients' Life Time Value, which is especially valuable for recurring products (subscribe & save and the bit).

Also, the fact that the KPIs can be downloaded as a txt or as a spreadsheet or sent through email with automations is really useful to compare results and information with other tools and software you may be using. They also added a Mobile app which is great to check your numbers in real time on the go.

sellerboard is a solid alternative to Helium 10, Zoof, Jungle Scout and other all-in-one Amazon tools but, unlike the rest of its rivals, it actually works for every Amazon Marketplace.

Pros

  • Supports 21 marketplaces
  • Detailed live dashboard with customizable KPIs
  • P&L with tons of metrics
  • Inventory management with supplier control
  • Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and QuickBooks integrations
  • Smart restock and PO planning
  • Money-back FBA reimbursement reports
  • Easy report automation
  • Mobile app + Chrome calculator extension

Cons

  • No built-in repricer
  • Email limits in lower tiers
  • Not using AI yet

Summary

Back in 2019 I reviewed Viral Launch and, boy, it has changed a lot since then! Most of the tools where only available for Amazon US but are now extensive to Europe and Asia, so we, the European Sellers, can now benefit from all the tools under VL!

One of the key features of Viral Launch is that it combines lots of tools for product / keyword research and advertising and adds a product launcher, which you can only find on Jumpsend (acquired by Jungle Scout). It's pricing tier for launches is way cheaper than Junglescout, plus it adds the possibility to launch the product on the European markets (USA, UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain). Besides the launcher, it adds a complete suite of analytical tools and market research soft.

The product finder tool stands out as well, as it offers a database of 225 million products and keywords, which is one of the biggests in the market.

It offers a three-tier pricing structure, providing flexibility for businesses at various stages of growth. But there's a downside, as the 14-day free trial used to be credit-card free but it now requires credit card information, which may be a slight barrier for some Amazon Sellers.

Pros

  • All-in-one Amazon seller suite
  • Fast, clean user interface
  • Time-saving AI tools
  • 14-day free trial available

Cons

  • Advanced tools limited to US marketplace
  • Higher pricing than some entry-level tools
  • No refunds (partial or full)

Conclusions

The best tool would be subjective based on specific needs but, if you want my advice: Helium 10 Black Box is the best one for the extensive database, marketplace coverage and the amount of filters. It has no rival.

On the other hand, ASINsight is great for detailed ASIN and keyword research and Jungle Scout is ideal if your focus is the US.

Which is the cheapest Amazon Search Volume Tool

SellerApp, with its Basic plan starting at $9/month, is the most budget-friendly option. It offers a balance between affordability and a range of useful features for keyword research and market analytics.

Also, ASINsight offers the most affordable basic plan starting at $35 per month.

What the Amazon Search Volume tool with more integrations

Helium 10 Black Box as it can be integrated with your Amazon Seller account and also pulls data from Amazon Brand Analytics.

What's the one more personalizable?

Helium 10 Black Box offers extensive customization with its filtering options.
