Digital Shelf Analytics

Share of Voice

Let's imagine you had a tool to real-time analyze your brand awareness on every supermarket shelf. Well, this is it.

A complete share of search analytics dashboard including your:

  • organic products % of share
  • and your Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Display share

Of course, you can set up your competitors to compare their metrics and also add the organic and paid keywords so you can filter the data for every keyword.

3P management

As much as we love reselling (I'm an Amazon Reseller myself), sometimes third-party sellers can hurt a brand's reputation and profits by offering low quality products, low prices, and even expired products, especially when it comes to big brands with a lot of resellers using retail arbitrage (Walmart clearances, for example) or online arbitrage.

CommerceIQ helps brands take control by managing their product listings and branding.

Its AI system continuously audits your listings to detect third-party infringements, such as changes to content or the addition of new variants, and takes automated action to improve conversion rates and sales. The platform also offers 3P variant removal, which identifies and removes third-party variants from first party product detail pages, and duplicate listing management to remove listings created by third parties with inconsistent pricing and content.

Of course, there is some manual work you have to do, such as contacting Amazon Brand Registry, claim IP's violations or enroll in the Amazon Transparency  and / or Project Zero's programs, but CommerceIQ will do the hard / manual work for you.

Content Audit

Maintaining consistent and up-to-date content on ecommerce platforms can be a challenge, especially for businesses with a large number of SKUs. CommerceIQ's content auditor continuously monitors product pages and compares them to a “single source of truth” for content and variation strategy.

It automatically submits tickets to make changes to unauthorized content and tracks variation changes to maintain the integrity of the pages. The platform also offers SKU-level analysis, which identifies potential issues such as character count, title length, and ratings and reviews, as well as content readiness scores for each SKU.

Kinda reminds me to some of Epinium‘s or RemDash's features for Amazon Vendors, but this is more advanced, making your Brand's consistency easier to manage. As we just discussed, having 3P sellers reselling your stuff means (too often) poor, non-optimized, sometimes awful listings. Not to mention miss-leading infos on your product descriptions.

Retail Media Management

PPC campaigns optimizer

CommerceIQ's AI system helps brands optimize their marketing campaigns by providing insights on performance, target audience, and budget allocation.

The platform offers campaign performance tracking, which measures the effectiveness of campaigns in real-time and provides recommendations for improvement, as well as target audience analysis, which identifies the best audience for a brand's products and suggests strategies for reaching them. It also includes budget optimization, which helps brands allocate their marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

Amazon Advertising Management

CommerceIQ's Amazon advertising management tools help brands optimize their ad spend and improve their performance on the platform. The platform offers features such as keyword optimization, ad group structure optimization, and automatic bid management to help brands get the most out of their Amazon advertising campaigns.

It also includes a range of reporting and analytics tools to help brands track the performance of their campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Supply Chain

CommerceIQ's demand forecasting feature uses machine learning to predict future demand for a brand's products, taking into account factors such as seasonality, product launches, and promotions. It also offers inventory management tools to help brands optimize their stock levels and reduce the risk of running out of stock or holding excess inventory.

The Supply Chain section includes a PO shipment tracker, a sales forecast vs your forecast (see screenshot below), a Purchase Order reconciliation tool + Revenue recovery automation, the Predicted OOS (Out Of Stock) SKUs and the PO fill rate improvements tool.

Its AI-powered tools for managing ad campaigns, launching products, and improving supply chain operations can give brands a significant advantage over their competitors. The platform's range of features for search and display media management, Amazon advertising, and product launch management can help brands reach and engage their target audience, while its supply chain intelligence tools can help them optimize their operations and improve efficiency.

Pros:

  • Offers a range of features for search and display media management, Amazon advertising, and product launch management
  • Helps brands reach and engage their target audience

Cons:

  • Not for small or mid-companies
  • Pricing information is not publicly available, this usually means it's expensive and that makes total sense considering commerceIQ's target are large retailers
  • Similar tools such as Stackline, Singular Brain or RemDash don't have a public pricing as well
  • Requires a huge learning curve to fully utilize all of its features
  • Most of the retailers integrations are US retailers, so if you're selling in Europe, it may not be the best tool for you
  • If you're looking for EU integrations, you may want to check SingularBrain or RemDash
